Shopping at Bussarong should be easy
We are required to process your order within 24 hours on weekday holidays and you will have your products with you within 3-5 business days. We only work with the country’s leading freight forwarding companies.
When you make a purchase at Bussarong, an order confirmation will be sent to you at the e-mail address you provided. In addition to information about your purchase, you will also find your order number on this order confirmation, as well as information from where your goods are shipped from.
In all matters, it is up to Bussarong if you have questions, thoughts, want to know more about your order, or want to advertise your goods. The email address to firstname.lastname@example.org is the only thing you need, the rest we take care of!

If a delivery delay should occur, we will notify you via email. You as a customer always have the right to claim your purchase upon delivery delay, but there is no automatic right to cancel the purchase in the event of delays that Bussarong corrects within a reasonable time.
Bussarong will refund the purchase price no later than 14 days after written cancellation has been received.
If a transport damage should occur, you must notify both Bussarong and the shipping company as soon as you receive your delivery. This applies to both visible and hidden damages. Therefore, it is important that you unpack and inspect your products carefully, both inside and outside, immediately after you receive them. A transport damage must be reported to Bussarong within a reasonable time from the receipt of the goods. Please note that you must not use the damaged product and that you must keep the product’s packaging, so that this can be inspected when handling the damage case. Depending on the extent of the damage, the product is replaced or a refund is made to you.
Not collected packages
If you do not pick up your package within the specified time and the item is returned to us, Bussarong will charge you a fee of SEK 150 incl. VAT per unresolved package. Bussarong, however, reimburses the purchase price paid to the Consumer, reduced by the said fee, no later than 14 days after Bussarong has received the returned package.
You can always choose to have your package re-sent instead. Then you will only be charged the actual shipping cost for the goods being sent in return and to you again. This cost, Bussarong will invoice you in a separate invoice afterwards.
