Contact us if the product is damaged upon delivery, this must be reported to us immediately via the form below. In order for us to be able to claim the damage to our operator, we must report the damage to the carrier within 1-3 days. We are therefore grateful if you report the damage within this time.
Remember to attach photos of the injury so we can handle your case more easily and quickly. This applies to both visible and hidden transport damage and it is therefore important that you unpack and check that the product is defective as soon as possible after receipt.
If the damage is visible, it is easiest if you report this directly to the driver after receiving the shipment. Ask the carrier to note the damage to your copy of the consignment note. Remember to always save the packaging so that the complaint can be handled correctly. We replace a product that is damaged during transport free of charge.
